Acceptable stay at a reasonable price
food variety various options kids facilities restaurant setup helpful staff room tidiness inconvenient location car rental single beds uncomfortable sleep cheap ingredients lacking flavor
The food variety impressed me. I observed many options were available. The kids' facilities were a delight. I liked the restaurant setup and the playroom staff. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was tidy and had everything we needed.
The location was not ideal for seeing the area. I had to rent a car for exploration. I encountered a room with two single beds pushed together. I kept falling in between them at night. The ingredients tasted cheap and lacked flavor.

Amazing Stay!
food variety helpful staff
This was my first all-inclusive resort holiday. I loved everything about it. Food variety was very nice and the staff were very helpful. There was constant supply of free bottled water across the entire grounds. I liked how the beds were very comfortable.
The only negative for me was the standard room without a balcony. I really wanted a balcony for my stay. Cocktails could be improved. I think they need a bit more work.
Service
9/10
Staff was always helpful. They resolved all issues as soon as they was. I really enjoyed the wonderful reception and appreciate their quick problem-solving skills for any issues .
Dining
10/10
There was always a wide selection of diverse dishes that were fresh. The kitchen provided good quality options. Desserts were sublime, and there was a lot to try, yet I wish I could resist the temptation.
Facilities
8/10
The SPA is great. I found the reception very helpful and polite. I enjoyed the massage very much. The sauna and steam bath are always well kept and clean, I think this is great!
